Sizing

Can someone let me know if this sweater is true to size, Measurments is 36.5 by using a measuring tape so I want to make sure I cast on the correct size.. thanks

I haven't made this yet, but I measure a 34 and tried on the sample at Stitches (35 1/2, I think). It was perfect.
